No Fat Cottage Cheese & Bowl of Oatmeal

From what I’ve been reading about nutrition this is a great way to start the day. Cottage cheese is full of whey protein (13g a serving!) and low on calories, it’ll fill you up immeadily. Oatmeal is full of fiber and another type of protein which takes longer to digest, which will last you until your next meal.

Remember Lil’l Miss Muffet who sat on her tuffet eating curds ‘n whey? Well, that’s the two types of protein you’re getting in this meal. I usually mix in some unsalted peanuts in with the oatmeal for some extra protein. Boiled peanuts are a Southern treat, try ‘em sometime.
