The US Gov’t has recently gotten it’s hands on a popular new 51 page guide for Al-Qaeda recruiters to help them convince potential recruits to join their forces. Apparently the guide discourages going after practicing Muslims, instead recommends relatively secular individuals and to avoid talking about the Qu’ran, because they acknowledge that within Islam and their holy text, the actual arguments against violence vastly outweigh those for it.
