Jesus fucking Christ people! Why are people being so easy on Sarah Palin??? Her major political experience is being the governor of a state with less people then Jacksonville, FL. I have to give credit to  Charlie Gibson who I thought really grilled Palin on some important issues (watch it here) but look at this commentary afterwards by analysts like James Carville and others. They’re letting her off the fucking hook. “Sure, her answers on foreign policy  weren’t that great but hey, she’s only be governor for two years.” THAT’S EXACTLY WHY SHE SHOULDN’T BE THE VICE PRESIDENT.

Most saddening/hilarious parts of the Gibson interview:

-When asked what besides her energy knowledge gave her foreign policy experience, she responds with “Well, energy is awfully important to that, Charlie.” He says that yes, that’s true, but what else, she repeats energy’s importance a third time then mentions that she’s Russia’s neighbor.

-When asked why having Russia as a neighbor gave her foreign policy insight Palin responds with. “Well, you can actually see Russia from our state. That’s important.”
