what ever happened to named apartment buildings?
Riding on the T today through Brookline I noticed several buildings with names like THE PRESCOTT & THE TUDOR. It felt like something out of a Wes Anderson movie. do these buildings really still exist? why doesn’t my apartment building have a snazzy sounding name?
