Late Summer/Early Fall Evening Dinner Menu:

Chicken Breasts stuffed with:

  • Asparagus (pre-grilled so it’s not too, too crunchy)
  • A three cheese blend (gorgonzola, camembert, and a little cheddar)
  • Apples and garlic

Farmhouse Salad with:

  • Springmix/onions
  • More Apples
  • More Cheddar
  • Chick peas
  • Pistachios
  • Maybe dried cranberries. I haven’t decided.

Served with some DFH Festine Peche or Yuengling (because those are what I have in the fridge.)
