Late Summer/Early Fall Evening Dinner Menu:
hmmmm…
Chicken Breasts stuffed with:
- Asparagus (pre-grilled so it’s not too, too crunchy)
- A three cheese blend (gorgonzola, camembert, and a little cheddar)
- Apples and garlic
Farmhouse Salad with:
- Springmix/onions
- More Apples
- More Cheddar
- Chick peas
- Pistachios
- Maybe dried cranberries. I haven’t decided.
Served with some DFH Festine Peche or Yuengling (because those are what I have in the fridge.)
