Beer Notes: Stone brewing Co.- 11th Anniversary Ale
This one is just fantastic. It’s really hoppy, but also really dark and malty, without being too intense. I’m surprised I haven’t seen too many dark IPAs before. Maybe like a really laid back barleywine? But at 8.4% this is hardly a low alcohol beer. Still, you don’t really taste th alcohol it’s blended in so well. I don’t know, my point is it was really delicious and well-balanced, so go buy some now.
