As of today Beeriety is going on indefinite hiatus. Since we began the site in 2008 we’ve had a lot of fun and learned a lot about beer, but it’s time for the team to take a break and work on some other projects.

Thanks to everyone who has kept up with us over the years. It’s been a real pleasure.

Sigh. This is real bummer, but it’s for the best. In all honesty we should have made this decision awhile ago, I was just so reluctant to definitively close the book on this project. Beeriety has taken up so much of my time and energy over the last 3 years that this inevitably feels like giving up, even though it’s not really.

Beeriety was a lot of fun and I learned a ton about running a semi-professional blog, but in the end not everyone’s heart was in it, and it became too much weight to carry on my own. It’s on to bigger and better things now. I can’t wait to show everyone my next project.
